Joan M. Hammer

Controller and operations manager Joan Hammer is responsible for all office administration, as well accounting, auditing, and tax activities for Provident properties and partnerships. Prior to joining Provident, Hammer worked in the Entrepreneurial Practice Group at Ernst & Young in Dallas, Texas. She also brings experience in government, small business and public accounting to her work at Provident.

Hammer has worked with Provident since 1997 and received her B.S. in business administration from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma.
