John Kinzer

John Kinzer joined Provident Realty Advisors as chief investment officer in 2006.  Mr. Kinzer leads strategic financial planning and coordinates transactions and communications with Provident’s financial partners, including institutional investors, funds, banks, development partners and high net worth individuals. During his career, Mr. Kinzer has coordinated the acquisition of more than a billion dollars of multifamily and retail products, the billion-dollar recapitalization of a large portfolio of real estate assets and served as asset management of more than $500 million in new construction product.

Mr. Kinzer received a B.A. in Economics and Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990.
