Kim Wise

Mr. Wise is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison; and a graduate of the University of Tulsa School of Law.   Mr. Wise first practiced law at Rudnick & Wolfe, in Chicago, and subsequently in Dallas, as the Real Estate Legal Counsel for Paul Broadhead & Associates, a regional mall shopping center development firm.  Since leaving the practice of law in the mid 1980’s Mr. Wise, has accumulated significant experience in the development of retail and mixed use projects, as well as the acquisition and re-positioning of underperforming and/or distressed assets.  Mr. Wise has been a Development Partner with PRA since 1998.
