In terms of acquisition, Provident is looking for the following: Major metropolitan areas and growing markets nationwide, older in-fill locations, or newer construction (1990+) in suburban locations. Typically 100+ units. Prefer 1990 or newer, but will consider older properties with quality construction and desirable location. Provident Realty Advisors will acquire renovation/repositioning opportunities. Provident also has significant low income housing and tax credit experience, and is aggressively pursuing well-located assets with a resident base at 50% to 80% of AMI. |

OFFICE: Provident seeks Class A-Trophy, Class A, and Class B office buildings. Properties should be located in supply constrained, growing, and/or diverse economy markets. Provident targets central business districts and premier suburban locations. Provident also targets product with large, stable, long-term government or corporate leases. To date, Provident has acquired or developed over 3.5 million square feet of office property. Provident has acquired or developed hundreds of thousands of square feet of industrial property.
