MULTI-FAMILY: Provident Realty Advisors has developed over 2,800 apartment units in the United States in the last eight years. In terms of acquisition, Provident is looking for the following:
Major metropolitan areas and growing markets nationwide, older in-fill locations, or newer construction (1990+) in suburban locations. Typically 100+ units.
Prefer 1990 or newer, but will consider older properties with quality construction and desirable location. Provident Realty Advisors will acquire renovation/repositioning opportunities.
Provident also has significant low income housing and tax credit experience, and is aggressively pursuing well-located assets with a resident base at 50% to 80% of AMI.
SELF STORAGE: Pursuing well located product in markets underserved by self storage. Prefer infill locations. Special consideration will be given to portfolios.
We have significant long-term experience in self storage, developing and managing over a million square feet for national clientele.
OFFICE: Provident seeks Class A-Trophy, Class A, and Class B office buildings. Properties should be located in supply constrained, growing, and/or diverse economy markets. Provident targets central business districts and premier suburban locations. Provident also targets product with large, stable, long-term government or corporate leases.
To date, Provident has acquired or developed over 3.5 million square feet of office property.
INDUSTRIAL: Provident is actively seeking to acquire industrial assets. We prefer Class A and B bulk distribution and light manufacturing buildings located close to transportation hubs in major MSA’s.
Provident has acquired or developed hundreds of thousands of square feet of industrial property.
