Phase I, Preston Hollow Village

The first phase of Preston Hollow Village is comprised of 75,000 square feet of retail and 60,000 square feet of boutique office. This phase uses timeless design to set the stage for future Preston Hollow Village phases. The retail anchored by Trader Joe's has worked to bring unique dining and services to the development. Restaurants such as Matchbox and Blue Sushi Sake Grill along with services of the likes of Tangerine Salon and Orange Theory Fitness have created a unique retail experience at Preston Hollow. Besides being included in a walkable mixed-use environment, the office tenants are able to enjoy adjacent parking on the second and third floors as well as open floor plans in an energy efficient building.

Preston Hollow Village is a master planned 42 acre development in one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Dallas. At the conclusion of five phases, the project is programmed to include 1,200 residential units including up to 140 townhouses, 300,000 square feet of retail and boutique office space, and a 3 acre park designed by the Office of James Burnett. Preston Hollow Village residences will appeal to a diverse demographic ranging from the affluent "renter by choice" group to those looking to upgrade their current home to a walkable environment where the community is the greatest amenity.
