Information Collected by Provident Realty Advisors:
PRA collects user information at various areas or pages of the PRA web site including at the 'Contact Us’ area where a user may register with the web site and check boxes to request additional information. Additionally, other sections of our web site may allow a user to register for an event or service, request additional information, or to be included on a particular mailing or emailing list. A user may be asked to provide personal identifying information that may be a combination of one or more of: their name, company, address, telephone number, fax number, and email address. Such user provided information will only be disclosed to certain employees of PRA or its designees for the purpose of reviewing the information and answering any requests.

PRA also may collect and aggregate individual user web page related search, usage, and on-site migration activities for statistical, archival, and business purposes. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy:
The privacy of children is especially important to PRA. For this reason, we must be clear and advise that the PRA web site is not intended for usage by children under the age of 13. PRA does not intend to or knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13.

On our web site, there are opportunities to click-on and follow a link to other web sites related to specific properties, real estate offerings, builders, contractors, government offices, retailers, or other web sites. PRA endeavors to only provide links to reputable organizations related to our user’s areas of interest. Opting-out, editing, updating or deleting personal information:
PRA utilizes email as a vital and primary communication channel with registered users and customers. As a registered user/customer, you hereby acknowledge and grant PRA permission to communicate with you via email for any purposes PRA determines to be relevant including, but not limited to, system messages, product updates, service announcements and other marketing messages. Customers may cancel their registration and remove their personal identifying information at any time. Furthermore, under no circumstances will PRA have any liability for sending or not sending any email to its registered users/customers.

PRA will not maintain your personal-identifying information for longer than is reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain its computer systems, except that PRA may utilize your user information to some extent in aggregated statistics.
